Mainland and International Collaboration
We organise a variety of training and exchange activities to broaden civil servants’ international perspectives and foster the sharing of experiences with officers in other places. Additionally, we explore collaboration opportunities with different training and research institutions, study public administration and talent development experiences of different places. These research results enable us to enrich our training programmes for cultivating talents for Hong Kong’s governance.
Exchange with Mainland and Overseas Civil Servants
We jointly organise the “Civil Service Staff Exchange Programme” with Mainland municipalities, and conduct in-depth exchanges with government officials from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Belt and Road countries to share experiences in public administration.
Seminar Series on the Country’s Foreign Affairs
We run a series of talks in close collaboration with the Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the HKSAR to deepen civil servants’ understanding of the international environment and the challenges facing our country, and enable them to better align their work with the country’s foreign affairs policy.
