Advanced Leadership Enhancement Programme for Directorate Officers
Overview
Advanced Leadership Enhancement Programme (ALEP) for Directorate Officers is an intensive 8.5-day leadership development programme designed for promising directorate officers with potential for advancement to the top echelons of the civil service. It aims to enhance their leadership capabilities to steer their organisations, while broadening their global perspectives and strategic thinking for effective governance and development of Hong Kong against a complex and volatile global landscape. Participants will examine and reflect on a wide array of challenges in the external and internal environments which they navigate as directorate officers.
