Training Officers

The Training Officer Grade is a cadre of training and development professionals with diverse practical experiences in executive training, talent development, human resources management and culture building. In collaboration with academics, industry leaders and experienced officials, Training Officers play the key role as a mentor and facilitator for the continuous learning and development of civil servants.  We embrace the values of patriotism, commitment to public service, unity and collaboration. We interpret, practise and promote these values, striving to nurture a civil service that is united, professional and unwavering in its dedication to serving Hong Kong and our country.
